Home Care and Nursing Home Care are available

Medical Care- Provided by physicians and nurses specially trained in end-of-life care, pain management and symptom control.

Personal Care- Bathing, grooming, and light housekeeping are provided by certified Home Health Aids.

Medications- All medications relating to the care and management of your terminal illness, including pain medications.

Medical Equipment and Supplies- Wheelchairs, hospital beds, oxygen, shower chairs, suction machines, diapers, wound care supplies and other needed items are provided.

Counseling- Social workers and Chaplians are available to provide counseling and support to patients and families of desired.

Ancillary Services- Volunteer, dietician, speech, occupational and physical therapy services are also available.
